Administrator Support
If you are an administrator and need assistance with a support issue, please contact the HCV Telepractice Support line at 888.605.3573. Our Product Support Representatives can answer routine questions or provide guidelines for problem troubleshooting
The HealthCare Vision, Inc., Corporate Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.M., CT, Monday through Friday. The office is closed on six U.S. Federal Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
