FDS and HCC have partnered to introduce the RX-1 Enterprise™ Pharmacy Solution. This network-based pharmacy management solution incorporates storage of prescription records, retrieval of prescription records and pharmacy claims processing through a centrally managed database.
Integrating HCC’s robust Synercom pharmacy system with FDS’ EZ Data Warehouse® technology has provided a solution for pharmacies to fill prescriptions quickly, safely, and profitably while meeting the challenges of today’s retail pharmacy market.
RX-1 Enterprise includes configurable workflow, remote fulfillment, centralized inventory tools, digital video surveillance and secure offsite data storage, as well as professional and business management tools designed specifically for retail pharmacy.
Moving beyond legacy systems, RX-1 Enterprise represents a genuine marriage of pharmacy business management, point of sale, and claims reconciliation into a single platform for complete financial reporting.
RX-1 Enterprise includes real-time chain host abilities to manage pricing, plans and other maintenance items for immediate distribution back to the pharmacies. The ability for customers to access data in real-time for pharmacy and point of sale transactions allows automated reporting via email that includes dashboard-style notification of critical performance measures in each pharmacy.
The system manages informing users of transactional and operational issues, and escalates these issues to management personnel at the store, region, zone, district and corporate level for assistance in resolution.
