Onsite

  • An on-call staff of IT and networking professionals is available 24/7.

  • The propane generator powers the entire data center for 72 hours before requiring fuel.
  • An uninterrupted power supply bank ensures zero down time in the event of brown outs.
  • Accessibility to data center is controlled by proximity access cards. Strict permissions protocols are enforced when granting personnel access.
  • After hours motion sensing alarm system is monitored by city police and in-house security personnel.
  • A RAID 5 configuration is used on all critical servers.
  • The servers' environment is maintained by independent redundant climate control units.

Offsite

  • All critical systems and databases are mirrored to a hardened facility that is geographically isolated from the main data center.
  • In the event of catastrophic failure at the main data center, all traffic is automatically re-routed to the mirrored site.
  • The mirrored site is maintained by a world class telecommunications company and has independent generator power, climate control, biometric access control, uninterrupted power supply, and redundant connectivity.
  • Offsite data storage and backup media is picked up daily and is available within 2 hours of notification.
  • Backup media is stored in a geographically separate hardened facility in a vault.
